What type of documents do you require?
ID - In order to verify your identity, we need to see a government-issued photo ID: passport, driver's license or national ID card. This ID should be valid and unbroken, and if you use a driver's license or ID card, we would need a copy of both sides. Please ensure that the images are clear and all 4 corners of the document are visible. Do not cover any part of the image.
In some cases, a selfie while holding your ID may be required. Below you may see how the photo should and should not look like:
Proof of Address - We need to see a utility bill (electricity, water etc), bank statement or official government-issued letter that has an issue date within the last 3 months. You can take a photo of the paper document and upload it or upload the document as a PDF file. On this document we need to see the following:
Your name
Your address
The issue date
The company name/ logo
Please ensure you can see all of the above and all four corners of the document in order to verify your proof of address document.
How do I know if my documents have been verified?
Once we have successfully verified your account, we will promptly send a confirmation to your registered email address. In the event that any of the documents you provided do not meet our requirements, we will promptly notify you via email.
