Why do I have to send documents?

As a licensed and regulated casino, it is necessary for us to verify your identity at a specific stage. This is primarily to safeguard your funds and ensure that any payouts for your winnings are going to you and no one else. Additionally, we must confirm that the deposits made to your account are from legitimate sources.

Can I upload my documents without being asked to do it?
Yes, you can. This way you can ensure that your gaming experience will not be interrupted due to a routine check.

You can use the document upload feature by heading to your account settings and then selecting “KYC”.

What type of documents do you require?


ID - In order to verify your identity, we need to see a government-issued photo ID: passport, driver's license or national ID card. This ID should be valid and unbroken, and if you use a driver's license or ID card, we would need a copy of both sides. Please ensure that the images are clear and all 4 corners of the document are visible. Do not cover any part of the image.

In some cases, a selfie while holding your ID may be required. Below you may see how the photo should and should not look like:

Proof of Address - We need to see a utility bill (electricity, water etc), bank statement or official government-issued letter that has an issue date within the last 3 months. You can take a photo of the paper document and upload it or upload the document as a PDF file. On this document we need to see the following:

  • Your name

  • Your address

  • The issue date

  • The company name/ logo

Please ensure you can see all of the above and all four corners of the document in order to verify your proof of address document.

How do I know if my documents have been verified?
Once we have successfully verified your account, we will promptly send a confirmation to your registered email address. In the event that any of the documents you provided do not meet our requirements, we will promptly notify you via email. While the verification process may take some time, please rest assured that we are working diligently to complete it as soon as possible.
