All cryptocurrency transactions must be confirmed on the blockchain before being credited to your balance. This is a completely automatic process and therefore there is no way to speed this up, as it is determined by the network, as well as the fee used on the transaction (i.e. setting a higher fee will typically result in faster confirmations).

There’s a certain number of confirmations on the network that we require, which depends on the currency you chose:

  • BTC requires a minimum of 1 confirmation on the blockchain;

  • BCH requires a minimum of 6 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • DOGE requires a minimum of 6 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • ETH requires a minimum of 10 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • LTC requires a minimum of 6 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • USDT (ERC20) requires a minimum of 10 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • USDT (TRC20) requires a minimum of 19 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • USDT (BEP20) requires a minimum of 25 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • BNB requires a minimum of 25 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • XRP requires a minimum of 1 confirmation on the blockchain;

  • TRX requires a minimum of 19 confirmation on the blockchain;

  • ADA requires a minimum of 15 confirmations on the blockchain;

  • SOL requires a minimum of 1 confirmation on the blockchain;

If you’d like to keep track of your transactions, you can look up your transaction ID using one of the following chain explorers:

Please note: If you set your fee too low, your transaction can expire and your funds may be refunded back to the address/wallet you sent them from after a period of time. This is a rare case and not something we can control.
