How can I clear Cache & Cookies?

Cookies are files created by sites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing data. The cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit.

Clearing cache and cookies may differ depending on the browser you are using, don’t hesitate to contact us if you require any assistance regarding this task.

On a PC/Mac - Chrome:

  1. Open your browser;

  2. Press Ctrl+H buttons in a single move(this will open the history tab);

  3. In the top left corner press on "Clear browsing data";

  4. Here you check the boxes that are called "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files";

  5. When ready, press click on "Clear data".

On Mac - Safari:

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Select “Preferences” from the dropdown Safari menu.

  3. Click on “Privacy,” then on “Manage Website Data.”

  4. Click on “Remove all” from the dropdown menu.

On an Android Phone - Chrome:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app;

  2. In the top right corner, press on the three little dots;

  3. Tap on "History", then "Clear browsing data...";

  4. Here you check the boxes that are called "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files";

  5. When ready, press on "Clear data".

On an iOS - Safari:

  1. Open the Settings app and scroll down to Safari.

  2. In the Safari settings, scroll down and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.

  3. Tap 'Clear History and Data'.

On iOS - Chrome:

  1. On your device, launch the Chrome app.

  2. At the top right, tap on the three dots, scroll down and then select “Settings.”

  3. Under settings, tap “Privacy” then “Clear browsing data.”

  4. Select “Cookies, site data,” and uncheck all other items.

  5. Tap on “Clear browsing data.”

  6. Then select “Done.”
